Nipple chains are worn with an end connected to each nipple. Note: All lengths given are before the addition of the non-pierced nipple loops. Add 2.5-3" of length if you plan to use them. Pierced buyers, see notes at the bottom of the page.

Notes for Pierced Wearers:
For pierced wearers with a barbell: We recommend the use of the non-pierced loops - simply cinch the loop behind your barbell for a secure fit.
For pierced wearers with a hoop: Clips will fit up to a 16 gauge piercing. If you have a thicker gauge piercing, please indicate that when you order so we can make sure you get a large enough clip.
